JURIED 2D SOLO SHOW ART COMPETITION PROSPECTUS

431 Art Gallery

• Time Frame: July-August 2025 (actual show dates to be determined)

• Exhibition Venue : 431 Art Gallery, Upper Merion Community Center

  431 W. Valley Forge Road, King of Prussia, PA 19406

• Visiting Hours:  Weekdays, 5 AM -9 PM, Weekends, 8 AM -5 PM

 Pam McLean – Parker, Gallery Coordinator, MCGOPA, Exhibition and Program Coordinator, Wayne Art Center

 Elynne Rosenfeld, Gallery Director of 431 Art Gallery, (ret.) Director of Salus University Gallery

• Entry Fee: $10.
• Open to non-members of MCGOPA, 21 years or older creating original, 2-dimensional art
• AI Generated art will not be accepted.
• All work must be framed, wired and ready to hang – no saw tooth hangers or clip frames allowed. Exception:  Gallery-wrapped canvases with a depth of 1 inch or more that do not require a frame.

• Maximum Size: The framed work cannot exceed 48″ on the longest side.
• Maximum Weight:  Work must weigh no more than 12 pounds.
• Accepted work must be hand-delivered to 431 Gallery..
• Work containing nudes, religious or political content will not be accepted.
• All work must be for sale.  Gallery retains 30% commission on sale
• Submissions must be received by January 31, 2025
